A pet PUPPY is defined here as a Wirehaired Pointing Griffon puppy that is in good health at the time of sale. All appropriate shots for the puppy’s age have been given at the time of the sale, and a record of this vaccination history is supplied. The puppy also has a current health certification issued by Dr. Jeffrey Heins, DVM (208-436-9818) for DHLPP-P. insert date

The breeder does not assume any liability for any injury to the puppy after delivery to the arranged dog shipper. The buyer is strongly advised to have the puppy vet checked within three days of delivery. If the vet certifies that there is any problem that makes the puppy unfit for sale, provided the puppy is returned in the same condition as when it was sold, and within 14 days, the breeder will take the puppy back and refund the full purchase price. The breeder will not pay expenses incurred in the return of a puppy, accept any claim for distress caused by the return, nor pay any veterinary bills.

The buyer should provide yearly examinations, vaccinations, heartworm tests, and any other necessary procedures to ensure good health. If the puppy is documented by a veterinarian to have a severe congenital defect, which will significantly alter its quality of life within 3 years of birth, the breeder will replace the puppy with one of equal or greater value when one becomes available. The finding will need to be sent to the breeder’s personal veterinarian for corroboration and breeding information purposes.

Should the buyer need to rehome the puppy or adult dog for any reason, please feel that we are a safe place to provide support and assistance. Our main concern is for the health and happiness of both your family and the puppy. I will help in rehoming any Outback bred dog for any reason.

There are many factors that can influence growth and development, such as diet, exercise, weight gain, etc. The buyer assumes the responsibility to continue with appropriate vaccinations, exercise, and feeding. The breeder can offer no further guarantees once the care of the puppy is no longer under their control.

Seller/Breeder:

The seller assumes no responsibility for this puppy after leaving the premises, including loss of the animal, medical expenses, landlord’s disapproval, allergies, disagreements within the family, barking, digging, or any other reason stated. We also do not cover unforeseen treatable issues, including teeth removal, base narrow, allergies, UTIs, parasites, umbilical hernias, and other easily treatable maladies. The breeder is not responsible for any veterinarian bill of any kind or any other bill regarding this puppy, nor is the breeder responsible for damages, physical or emotional, to the buyer’s self, possessions, or other individuals. The registration certificate will be provided upon completion of the transaction or as soon as possible.
